Here's a webpage version of the email I was trying to send. Way more fun than an email. ;)

Below, you'll find some examples of previous projects and writings I’ve completed/worked on as a solopreneur/contractor or while in previous roles. I believe I mentioned both of the Content Audit examples during our call last week.

Hope these will be satisfactory in showcasing some of my capabilities that would be applicable towards this project.

Content Audit Samples

Alternative Mailing Product and Vendor Catalog Content Audit — 452 total products audited
  • As part of my redesigning and rebuilding of Alternative Mailing's entire website, I did a full content audit of their online catalog, most of which had their own product page, linked either externally or internally, along with supporting media pages.
  • Another one of the client’s asks for the project was for me to develop a consistent product description voice, look, and feel across all their vendor brands’ products

IBM Infor Alliance — (2) Site Crawl; (3) Site Map + Full Content Audit; (4) Content Audit Findings Synthesis — 204 total pages mapped and audited
  • As part of Centerline’s redesigning of the IBM Infor Alliance website, I was tasked with mapping and auditing all pages, downloadable PDFs/whitepapers, videos, and other media, catalog all broken links/404’s or missing files, and ultimately present the findings as part of a larger group workshop presentation.
  • As you will see in the interactive PDF, the tool I was using generates a final file that embeds all page URL’s, shows symbols representing the type of page and/or content, and allows for annotating with auditor analysis notes.

Couple Questions for You:

(1.) Do you need other samples that show capabilities like data scoring systems I’ve developed? I believe you mentioned the possibility of needing content priority scoring at one point, and I've gone ahead and included that in the proposal.

(2.) Once you’ve had a chance to review these samples, let me know what types of deliverables stood out or would be most helpful for you and your team for this project.
